Good old CeCe on FNC is saying that only Richard Nixon began his second term with the approval numbers Bush has.

She's simply echoing what's been said by Russert, Katie and Lauer earlier today although those three said he was at the 50% mark with a 44% negative rating. They're clutching at straws to make our day less celebratory but it's simply not working.
