I wish they would bring out Queen to sing We Are the Champions. That would be a neat trick, but I don't think Freddie can still hit the notes...

Here is the OFFENDING PASSAGE:
In America's ideal of freedom, the public interest depends on private character - on integrity, and tolerance toward others, and the rule of conscience in our own lives. Self-government relies, in the end, on the governing of the self. That edifice of character is built in families, supported by communities with standards, and sustained in our national life by the truths of Sinai, the Sermon on the Mount, the words of the Koran, and the varied faiths of our people. Americans move forward in every generation by reaffirming all that is good and true that came before - ideals of justice and conduct that are the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Take that Michael Newdow. Kirbyjon said Jesus Christ just to let you know that HE is real and He does hear His people.

Now I'm sick because the slime-meister was on. I hear ya. I just saw Hillary. I flinched and reared back in horror...like one would if they saw a Black Widow spider crawling up their arm.

ROFL, there was a Japanese guy taking a picture of the protester getting tossed out. Man do they take pictures of everything.

Now we all know where John Kerry has been keeping his wife! I see she brought some friends along for the fun and festivities.

Two reasons for that misery in Hilliary and Bill.
(1) They had to sit together.
(2) The seeds that their lives have planted -- the fruit is being served up to them, their table is emptied of aught else, they must eat the fruit of their own trees.

Whole Fox panel deeply impressed by the speech. Bill Kristol thinks it may be one of the greatest speeches given by any American President ever.

If you voted for him, then get some perspective on this ONE LINE in view of this ENTIRE EVENT. (Did you hear the prayer of the President's dear friend KirbyJon Caldwell, at the end??)
No hypocricy, PC. Don't make silly accusations, OK?
This was a magnificent speech from a President who has soaring vision, and is being obedient to his Lord.
Perspective.

The panel on foxnews are raving about the speech.

Do they still believe that Kerry will somehow be sworn in?The plan is for Kerry to get his "Band of Brothers" together and stage a coup.

Bold and true to the core! And most importantly....a prayer that was committed to the only One who can protect and preserve this nation!

Thanks to all who worked hard to keep this major event terror-free. God bless. Amen!

I'm listening to fox on the radio. E.D. sounds like she's commenting on floats at a thanksgiving day parade or something...

We should be so lucky. Are you slamming me??????

As soon as he mentioned the Koran, I tuned out. Religions do not offend me, it is people who have that effect.
Islam's teachers, at least many of them, have the burden of blame and their students have the burden of change.
The religion, is not to blame for the actions of followers who interpret it, nor the actions and writings of a false prophet.
These things can and must be addressed within the confines of the religion and not by us.
We can only give them the opportunity, it is they who must take it.
Bush and others recognize this and act, advise and speak accordingly
