The Dems love that should, woulda, coulda option...
To: GoldwaterChick
How does Condi keep her cool with all these idiots?Superiority of character, knowledge and competence would be my guess.

Biden CLAIMS that the "flag officers" all told him that they needed more troops.Contradicts what President Bush has said they told HIM.

Biden's time is running out, thank goodness..
To: Carolinamom
Right! Same with Bremer. Why don't these folks ever ask for more troops at the time they 'say' they need them?

Biden also claims he's been told the training programs of the Iraqis are useless.

I consider Biden and his fellow RAT senators to be pretty useless too. We're even.

Oh he will be back, he's just warming up. Lugar said this "Soviet Style Hearing" is allotted two days.
To: Peach
Was he referring to Graham...I suspect it was our friend Lindsay.

Like my mom always said - Different someways but alike somehow are a gum chewing girl and a cud chewing cow. Boxer, you cow!LOL! Well, I admit to being a "gum chewing girl" at times, but it's one thing to CHEW gum, as opposed to CHOMPING on it. Boxer was definitely chomping!

What a crock! Biden has this supposed "information" about the training programs, troop needs etc. from his travels there, but he doesn't bring it up until Rice's confirmation hearings?? No reports, no sharing of information with the Pentagon, State, WH?
Bah! One good thing is we are spared Senator Fat Ted Kennedy today
