Hey I got 55% Dixie and i was born and raised in Brooklyn still living in NYC...don't get it. Why would anyone want to throw toilet paper on someone's house anyway...must be a southern thing.

It goes on around here all the time. It is a mess to clean up especially if it rains on it. High school students like to do it to someone they know.

Maybe a Hollywood Thing. I never heard of it actually happening – except on TV, Movies and comic strips.

I wouldn't try it in Brooklyn, Dave, but it is a hoot during High School football season in Texas...an almost sacred season!

Because, with the weight of the roll you can throw it really high into the tree, which makes it nearly impossible to get out. It is best if you do it on a night with a little rain, cause then it sticks to the trees and you can't get it out. You do it to the mean kids. If they are really mean, you can stick plastic knives and forks into the dirt all over the yard. And if they hit your sister or something, you can break off said utensils so that they hurt when you step on them and are very difficult to remove.

And no, I never did it. ;)
