Secondly, she was not briefed on specific threat by Clarke or Berger : the 9/11 committee report proves that both Clarke and Berger were lying when they blamed Condi for 9/11. Third, not only was she ordered to have a plan to fight terrorism on the president's desk, she delivered that plan to the president's desk the day before the attacks.
BTW, do I recall correctly or didn't the paperwork that Berger smuggled out of a secure location in his pants and socks have something to do with the after action reports on the Millennium Bombing plot? The one that Clinton never followed up on, and which was never briefed to the incoming Bush administration?
