"..probably invented that number by adding the maximum of the three charges..."
If that is how the law is written, that is simply a mathematical calculation. Truth. Invent? Why the wording, 'invent'? And what kind of legal trouble would an Islamic get into if he or she crashed a Christmas parade the same way? "Infidels will burn in the fiery pit!" Yeah, so they would get into all of this heat. Right....
It isn't, and the defendants know that by now.
Truth.
Yeah, sure, after their first lie, I'm supposed to buy their next statement as gospel truth.
Invent? Why the wording, 'invent'?
It fits for me--the actual facts of sentencing would result in concurrent, not consecutive, sentences.
And what kind of legal trouble would an Islamic get into if he or she crashed a Christmas parade the same way? "Infidels will burn in the fiery pit!" Yeah, so they would get into all of this heat. Right....
Actually, they would.
Be cause its misleading. The WND knows that no ones going to actually get 47 years, probably not 47 days, but makes it a headline. As Clinton said in his apology before the nation one evening, Although my statements were technically accurate, I can see now how they may have been misleading. When someone intentionally paints a false picture in others heads, technically accurate or not, its a lie. Thats why the testimonial oath is the truth, the whole truth and noting but the truth, rather that just do you promise to tell the truth. Anything less is a lie.
Therefore, WND is lying here. Invented was being kind.
Also, I answered your second question in my fist post to this thread.
