The Roanoke Times reported that the crowd turned "downright nasty." One observer said "If he had been out there a minute longer, I think somebody would have shot him."

The lesson to be learned here is "Do not F#$% with cowboys."

I watched this guy the other day. He is something else. Not for the faint of heart. He WILL say anything.

I see you turned up on another one of these "weird" threads. Remember Bulldozer Man? This one has me cracking up, too. I haven't seen this Ali G. guy and a lot of humor goes over my head, but since you're here maybe I oughta check him out. This time he made himself the rodeo clown. They just didn't get it.

The best humor to me pits dead serious reality against absurdity. Another incident that split my side was the Great Milwaukee Stadium Sausage Race when one of the running sausages was batted down from the sidelines.

Belated Happy New Year!

I agree, they're lucky they made it out of there unscathed. This stunt reminds me of the Andy Kaufman/Jerry Lawler wrestling match in Memphis. Only difference of course is Kaufman really wound up getting hurt pretty badly, and the fans loved it.
