Congress needs to exercise its authority under Article III Section 2 of the US Constitution and take away the jurisdiction of the federal courts over issues like this that affect state's rights. Passing a simple bill would remove cases concerning state education from the jurisdiction of the federal court, including the Supreme Court.

Dear me, if the Federal Courts were abolished, then what would THE NINE SUPREMES do? It is well known that it unconstitutional for any of the NINE SUPREMES to work for a living.
