One thing I miss about living on the baja peninsula is cheap seafood.

There is a town about 30 mi s of San Diego called Puerto Nuevo that is nothing but Lobster houses ;^) Like 50 resturaunts when I was there last. some shacks some nice

Ortegas was my fave

They haul em out of the ocean right there on the bay of saints split em down the middle with a cleaver then layem meat side down in a 1/4" of hot oil they steam in their own shells but the edge is all golden brown

Serve with fresh tortillas pinto beans spanish rice, lemon, herbs and cold cervesa ;^P

I've been trying to narrow down an Amazon order. I'd like to get that book, but it isn't really practical for me right now. (Even at only $9.99, it's gotta end up in the SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS-WORTH of stuff I'd like to order but really need to cut from the order. I start out with a wish list, and then add it up, GASP!, and then get somewhat practical.) ;)
