Its a famous enough part that I think my memory of it will suffice for our purposes (feel free to correct the wording should you be inclined to look it up):

"We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights among them life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

Very nice. Two problems, however:

1. That's not the preamble to the Constitution.

2. I'm somehow missing the reference to ID.
