There is no connection between whites today and slavery 100 years ago. That is an illogial anology to the situation under discussion here. There is an irrefutable connection between Islam and the Terrorism threatening western civilization today.
Muslim theology divides the world into two "Houses" the House of Peace - where Islamic theocracies control the population and "unbelievers" are relegated to a subordinate status (Dhimmitude) and/or persecuted, as the Copts in Egypt, the Christians in the southern Sudan and Nigeria, the Zoroastrians in Iran, the Chaldean Christians in Iraq, etc., etc. The other "House" is the House of War - which consists of the un-Islamicized portion of the world where Muslims are obligated to use force to convert non-Muslims.
Under Sharia Law, it is a capital offense to attempt to convert a Muslim to another faith, or for a Muslim to convert to another faith. Muslims treat their women like animals and their animals like inanimate objects. In every society where Islam predominates today, the population is sunk into poverty, oppression and a Medieval lofe style. Brutality, cruel and inhuman punishments, religious intolerance, are all the fruits of an Islamic society.
As for slavery, the Saudis "officially" ended it in the 1960's, but Islam permits and encourages the enslavement of non0Muslims and such occcurs as we communicate in the southern Sudan where Christians and Animists are enslaved, murdered and raped by Muslims, with the full approval of the Islamic clergy.
