In Thailand, Gen. Chaisit Shinawatra, the army chief, said the United States has offered to send troops stationed on Japan's Okinawa island to assist. Thailand was considering the offer.
once again, I am fully supportive of sending aid to those countries that assist us in the war on terror. Those that have not assisted should seek relief from the UN.
What's so difficult to grasp in that concept?
