Picture #4 at this link shows the relay control room where this fire started.

It says this 'homeless' person had to break several locks to get into the room to start the fire.

The "homeless" were also tagged for starting at least two other fires or explosions in the past year in NY subways...IIRC. It seems that illegals from China, N. Korea, Iraq...or any other hostile country could be considered "homeless".
