ARTICLE SNIPPET: "NORFOLK -- An "all clear" has been issued in the security threat involving two HRT buses outside Naval Station Norfolk late this morning. The threat appears to have been a hoax, an HRT spokesman said.

Norfolk police, FBI, NCIS, Navy Special Forces Bomb Squad, and other agencies responded to a vague security threat involving an HRT bus outside Naval Station Norfolk late this morning.

A Navy spokesman said Norfolk police had received an anonymous phone call warning them that an HRT bus posed a threat. The caller referring to a bus warned that someone "was going to die.''"

NORFOLK — Authorities played a tape of the phone call over and over. What was the heavily accented person, probably a woman, saying? It still wasn’t clear Thursday night, even hours after the anonymous phone call prompted military and civil authorities to scramble as if the Norfolk Naval Station were under a terrorist attack. Taking no chances, authorities blocked Hampton Boulevard and searched two Hampton Roads Transit buses suspected of carrying toxins. They evacuated several buildings and searched the buses with a robot and bomb-sniffing dogs at midday Thursday.

Law enforcement officers were questioning a Parsippany, New Jersey, man who they say may have pointed a laser beam at an airborne police helicopter Friday night and a Cessna aircraft two nights before, said a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Terrorists killed in Riyadh identified
Two on the most wanted list, others connected with November 2003 Al-Muhaya bombing
Saudi security forces dispelled terrorists attack in Riyadh on December 29 and were able to kill two terrorists on Saudi Arabia’s 26 most-wanted list in a following raid.

The Interior Ministry announced the identities of the ten terrorists responsible for the two car bombings in Riyadh this week who were killed in shootouts with security forces Tuesday and Wednesday. Among those killed were Sultan Bjad So'doon Alotaibi and Bandar Abdulrahman Abdullah Aldakheel, two of the Kingdom’s most wanted terror suspects.




The terrorists have been identified as:

1. Sultan Bjad So'doon Alotaibi
2. Khalid Ahmed Mohammed bin Sinan
3. Badr Mansour Badr Al-Sbie’
4. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Raimi (Yemeni national)
5. Thamer Khamis Abdulaziz Al-Khamis
6. Saud Abdullah Saadan Al-Jadhie’
7. Mohammed Abdullah Salih Al-Mohsin
8. Mohammed Sulaiman Ibrahim Al-Wakeel
9. Abdulwahab Adel Abdulwahab Al-Shareedah

Alotaibi, Sinan and Al-Sbie' were wanted for their participation in the Al-Muhaya housing complex attack on November 9, 2003. Al-Jadhie was wanted for his role in the attack on the traffic headquarters building in Riyadh on April 21, 2004.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Three incendiary devices were disengaged Monday in the Catta Verdera housing development in Twelve Bridges before they exploded and caught fire to the upscale homes under construction.

"The devices were capable of causing extensive fire damage to the structures if they had successfully functioned," said Karen Ernst of the Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Sacra-mento.

The incendiary devices - or firebombs - were located in three houses on Flores Court in Verdera at Twelve Bridges (the development's official name), which is a private gated community developed by JTS Com-munities."
