They are being reasonable. No argument there. I just agree with the FCC's stand, and have a higher tolerance level for bad language.

I don't really have a problem with Powell's actions in this case either. He gets hit from both sides no matter what he does.

I can see how this could lead to problems because the FCC does need to enforce the policy consistently.

The media does need to be able to figure out if they are going to get in trouble for putting something on the air before they get fined.

I don't have a problem with the results, but I do have to question if the procedures don't need some work. :)
