"There is nothing that should not be allowed to be taped in a public school."
Well, I think the locker rooms ought to be off-limits. However, you make a point. Perhaps everything that happens at public schools should be videotaped. Classrooms, hallways, offices. Of course, I don't know who'd watch the tapes. Sounds pretty boring to me.
OTOH, maybe they could broadcast them on one of the public access channels, 24/7. That would be interesting.

This wouldnt be objectionable, so long as it went through the deomocratic process. The school board voting, for the people, that the consent is no longer needed and everything should be taped would certainly solve this whole issue.
It occured to me a long time ago that there are a lot of parents that would like to have a better idea what goes on in schools. Particularly in political assemblies like this one. Many of the less liberal parents have jobs that prevent this. I bet a lot of parents would have LOVED to receive a copy of Kim Cariani's taop.
BTW, I'm not pinging you into this one either.
