Maybe. Personally I agree. I tend to stay away from blatantly quoting legal that I have no background knowledge in when the DU fancy speaking trolls are around. They seem to have taken classes in filibustering. And if you can't properly express yourself, they twist the point.
I see a few known ones here on this thread now.
So if 'accessory to a crime' is the correct law, then yes.
