they likely found someone in the NYC corrections department who was willing to go public with claims, likely exaggerated, about some things there.
its too bad - because we need more "real people" in government. and we never get any, we get these empty suits all the time, and its hurting us.

He had a VERY rough upbringing and some skeletaons may have been drug out.

Sorry, I don't have any details. Was watching 'Scarborough Country' on MSNBC and this just flashed across the screen as breaking news... Surprising news.
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.

Really have enjoyed the idea of the American Dream realized. If Bernie withdrew, it is likely for a good reason. He's apparently got a blip in his history that will not pass muster.
To: Destro
Good. He made cops with just one cabin cruiser look like pikers.

No one wants to go into public life with Democrats rooting around in their closets for skeletons. Hold onto your shirts, its gonna get ugly.

and you also have an adminsitration that is not willing to take any heat for their nominees, not willing to go to bat against the leftist media, they always "afraid" of them. like with Miguel Estrada.
if this guy was dropped because of a lack of WH support, you can forget about Rudy taking a position in this administration, and you can forget about him helping the party take out Hillary in the 2006 Senate race.
To: Destro
I haven't heard anything bad about him....what's the deal?

Sid Blumenthal and company elevated the business of character assassinations for Bill Clinton to an art form.
Whenever there's demand, Sid and his MSM minions have not missed a beat.
