Maybe so, but they still haven't outlawed smoking in the ranks.

Our (large) office is tracking one unit in Iraq, since a member is the son of one of the women there.
I was pleasantly surprised that in addition to the smokes we sent him and his squad, he can buy them there for "only" $9 a carton.
The military is way too "PC" but not entirely clueless!
