If you think relaying the truth about war and reporting the death and injuries suffered is somehow "gleeful", then there's something wrong.

Some in the media wouldn't know how to report on the truth if their life depended on it ...

The love to just look for all the bad news

Like Andrew gilligan of the BBC, gleefully reporting from the Baghdad Airport that HE was there and the Americans weren't. One of his own BBC colleagues who WAS at the airport with the Americans said Gilligan was nowhere near the airport.

Who's story did the BBC run with? Gilligan's lie, of course.
