I want Ed Deline from the show VEGAS...Man, that guy can catch ANYBODY!!!! (Does anyone know what I'm talking about). The show Vegas is my guilty pleasure. As far as I'm concerned, homeland security would be safe as long as Ed Deline, Danny McCoy and Mike Cannon were in control!
For example, last night not only did they keep the MOntecito Resort safe from your usual casino crooks, they caught some Columbian Drug Lords! Now, that's somethin.

LOL. From reading FR since the election (and even before), you'd think Giuliani was qualified for every opening that ever was and will be in the administration.

He could give it to Hillery. That would take her out of her seat NOW. Pataki could appoint a good republican (if there is such a thing in NY). She wouldn't be able to raise money or set herself up as the presumed front-runner. And, if she screws it up (which she will) she can be fired and leave in disgrace.

Not Kean. He craves power for power's sake and, consequently, is dangerous.

Jane Harman? That is a horrible, horrible choice.

What about Hillary? A face like that will scare off any terrorist.

Question- Will the US Govt have to pay for Jane Harmon's many dress designers? She changed clothes at least three times yesterday for her appearance on C-SPAN in the morning and her floor speech in the afternoon and later at the Duncan Hunter press conference in the evening where she joined the always best dressed John Warner.

And we wonder what Danforth meant by difficulty investigating the UN money for food scandal.
difficulties of investigating the UN to the problems that he, Danforth had, in investigating Waco.

Methinks she is living a private hell outside the White House and the frantic goings and comings therein.

Question- Will the US Govt have to pay for Jane Harmon's many dress designers? And how about the makeup? I still laugh when I think of her being interviewed this past summer. It was outdoors - possibly at the White House. And it was so hot, her makeup was sliding down her face.

I know! I'm constantly astonished how that man can run a large Casino in Vegas, and still have time to fight sreet crime! Ed Deline is my hero. And, of course, he's a Marine, CIA agent. Actually, I think he's been in everyone of those agencies they're looking for a top guy for!!!!! ED DELINE FOR SECURITY CZAR!!!!!!!

Most FReepers would do a better job than most of those mentioned.Granted -- but what the heck is the job? I've tried to make sense of it from various news talking head shows, but it's a puzzler.
