I thank the distinguished gentleman/woman for his/her contributions and sacrifices for the good of the American people. Would the gentleman/woman yield the floor for a well deserved pat on his/her back and for me to introduce legislation that implements a well-deserved increase to government officials health care and retirement benefits? :-)
