I distrust open source and netscape too. I use Avant which has ad blocking and stuff. Lots of updates too.

I gave Avant a shot, but found one thing in the first minute that was just dumb. I have a folder full of bookmarked computer links which Avant of course imported. Avant opened them up three columns, covering the whole screen, with no way to get to the toolbar and close them.
