A lot of folks were taken off death row because it was declared unconstitutional in the state. You make it sound like all the jurors and judges were wrong.

And don't forget those wonderful killers who do get away with murder or who are put onto the streets after a lenient sentence...only to kill again.

Oh I agree that some get away with murder, but isnt it wrong for an innocent person to die??

The 100 people quoted in that article were released from jail. Your not released from jail because the death penalty is ruled unconstitutional.
