And just two weeks after Scotty boy told two people she was dead!!! What a coincidence, huh?
Notice how the article leaves out the part where he did all this because it was a REQUIREMENT to graduate from the high school he went to.
It wasn't out of the goodness of his heart.
Anyone ever been on a lake in the same sixe boat as Peterson and tried throwing 100lbs of dead weight overboard??
What if he tied her body to the boat and towed her out? Would that work?
Don't forget that they have to be homeless GYNECOLOGISTS because Geragos claims Conner was born alive!
It certainly doesn't help when you start out with a rousing speech to the jury promising to bring in all kinds of other potential murderers, and then drop the subject completely for the rest of the months-long trial. I liked the part where Geragos wasn't even present when the jury came back in with a guilty verdict. He was said to be in court defending another client.
Somehow I'd bet that Jackie Peterson has been giving him pure hell.:)
Was he arrested in Tijuana? If not, then why is it relevant that he was seen there in what has been described as a disguise? If he was there, why wouldn't he stay there? The only things I really know about this case, is they replaced jurors and then got a quick consensus on a guilty verdict. It just seemed to me a way to use the entire jury pool, to get rid of anyone that would vote to acquit. How would anyone like to go through a trial fighting to bring reasonable doubt into the subject, only to have those that had such doubt, removed from the jury because of that doubt? Like I said, I am nearly completely ignorant of the facts in this case, and something seems a little fishy.
How's your blog doing?
This case is obviously out of your realm,
whatever that might be. The jury is still
out regarding that.
I've always thought that maybe he towed her out there somehow, or that he put her body in the water tethered to the boat and then attached the anchors.
Heck, he was on the other side of Brooks Island; for all we know, he beached the boat and did it from there.
I don't think the jury is going to buy all this 'he's a saint' crap. They've seen the evidence and know he's guilty. He didn't show Laci and Connor any mercy; I don't think they're going to be willing to show him any. I don't think they're going to be swayed too much by Scott's mother's tearful testimony, either. She wouldn't be in the tough shape she's in if it hadn't been for her philandering, evil son.
San Quentin is the only place that has death row in CA.
I'm trying to remember if he had told anyone in the family that he had gone fishing when he first called them. I don't recall that he did until the police arrived.
Many killers give off the 'glow' of being terrific people. John Wayne Gacy was considered an upstanding citizen by plenty of folks. These 'glowing' testimonies of how great Scott Peterson is are pretty meaningless.
I don't think it's necessary for us, as observers, to become sadistic and vengeful over it. I'm content to let Scott's Creator deal out the punishment. If he gets the death penalty, that justice will begin more quickly though.
Did you know that Jackie Peterson had three children out of wedlock, two of which she abandoned?
Well, Scott didn't know until the day he married Laci; shortly after that, he started playing around on her.
I think it has something to do with the mother.
Don't worry, the judge will change jurors until he gets the sentence that he wants and believes is in the best interests of the pimps of the legal industry!
I think that you missed my point. TJ is known to be an bastion of prostitution and perverse sexual acts.
The things that these people are saying to the jury are NOT SUPPOSE to be discussed during the penalty phase. They are not suppose to beg for his life or say the jury was wrong.
But when has Geragos ever gone by the rules?
"Homeless Gynocologist"--another great Freeper name!
He told some he had been golfing. Some of the neighbors, I think!
FGS, try to live in the real world.
