"Company Chicken"

Mix a 1/2 c. Chili sauce with 1 tsp. curry, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Cut 1/2" slashes in chicken breasts, spread chili sauce mixture on chicken breasts and bake 20 minutes at 375. Pour 1 c. heavy cream over the chicken and bake another 15 minutes. Serve over freshly cooked linguini. (Or in our case, low carb spaghetti.) YUM YUM!!

Yes they are! If I can get hubby to bring the digital camera home sometime soon I will take some pics and post them.... Things have just been pretty crazy around our office lately. Last week was a true 90 hour week for him....
