OK, does the 14th Amendment apply to all six billion people on the planet?

Do they all get to vote in our elections?

Should illegal aliens be allowed to vote in our elections?

An overbroad interpretation of the Equal Protection clause will commit you to positions that you probably don't want to take, and you can't have it both ways.

Illegal aliens obviously aren't eligible for in-state tuition, since even their advocates concede they need the DREAM Act for that. So, no Equal Protection issue here.

Are you going to answer direct questions, or are you going to keep flinging against the wall in the hope that no one will notice?

There are several states that are giving illegals in-state tuition breaks. Unfortunately, I live in one of those states. The Dream Act is Orrin's way of sticking it to the rest of the states that haven't caved into the insanity, yet.
