You postulated in a reply above the existence of a system whereby the best and brightest work in the USA, regardless of origin...method of entry...
How is that logically consistent with your statement above?
How does your theory deal with the possibility of mentally or physically disabled peole illegally immigrating to America, who are incapable of working.
Do we deport these people?. How do we do this is we have no mechanisms in place to regulate immigration?
You do not believe in entitlements of any kind. If illegals demand entitlements, should they be deported?. If so, how?

In your quest to attain complete freedom for the individual, (your theology) you are adopting policies which will eventually lead to establishment of a neo-feudal society. This society will be controlled by a select few individuals and / or corporations, closely allied in a fascistic fashion to governments.
You will have enabled the creation of the very antithesis of your theology.
