THanks for posting this - its great!! Does anyone out there have any manufacturing experience. I have an idea for a christian item I want to mass produce. I have no idea where to start to manufacture it.

Parade of Lights????...What does that title have to do with the spirit of Christmas??...
At OUR Christmas parade, there were plenty of Christmas floats and everyone was yelling Merry Christmas. I love small town America.
It's also a federal holiday...

My wife and I took the grandkids to the Parade of Lights up here in NE Ct. Real nice. Loads of Merry Christmas stuff and a nice float whcih had the truth, "Jesus ids the reason for the season". My granddaughters weren't shy about saying either.LOL

Obviously the city is afraid of ACLU law suits. The ACLU is a danger to the Republic and to Christians. They became involved in an idiotic law suit vs. our town concerning the town symbol that they didn't like. It cost the city $50K to settle and they had to change the city's symbol too. The liberal clintinoid judges in Denver sided with the ACLU. The ACLU deserves to be stamped out!

"Please know that there are no policies for the Parade of Lights prohibiting Christmas songs or parade participants saying 'Merry Christmas,' 'Happy Hanukkah' or other holiday greetings. That is part of the holiday tradition."
Just don't ask to be a included in the parade with your silly Christmas traditions.

Every Christian display a cross,on their private property, and as near to ACLU offices as possible. Place them beside the freeways, across from schools, near Islamic centers, as close to courts and government buildings as humanly possible. It would drive em nuts!(Also a clear warning which is only fair.)

Perhaps devout Christians should consider withdrawing from these gaudy spectacles and "holiday" displays to homes and churches where Christ can be reverentially regarded and truly cherished through sacred music, the reading of Scripture, and prayer.
