Where to start? Every line of this Thomas masterpiece is more magnificent than the one before. If she doesn't win a Nobel Peace Prize for this piece of... Well, I just hope she gets what's coming to her.
She begins with a slap at the Vietnam veterans and ends with a fresh slap for the Iraq veterans.
In the photo of Ms. Thomas, does her left hand look like a squid?

stayed the course and kept us in the killing fields. The killing fields is a refrence to Cambodia and Pol Pot. due to our withdrawl from southeast asia the North vietnamese were able to prop up Pol Pot bringing about the destruction of a civilized nation in pursuit of that "workers paradise" resulting in the slaughter of more than 2 million Cambodians. The greatest victory the left in this country has to boast about.
