Reverend Jim from Taxi. At Number 67.
Check Number 90.
LOL! I grew up near Detroit and I remember him well.Dracula in drag singing show tunes.
"I am shocked, shocked to find that prostitution is going on here!"
If my memory serves me right first place would be:

Mr. Rogers Neighborhood

Johnny Carson Show

Dallas

Bonanza

Flipper...
So, I read recently that Penny Marshall was too busy blanking an unnamed member of the Beach Boys. No wonder Lenny never got anywhere with her.
The REAL King of Queens: Archie Friggin' Bunker!!!
Do you remember the Batman episode where Batman and Robin were scaling the apartment wall complex and Dick Clark opened the window? Batman told him to go back inside, then made a Philadelphia reference. Robin asked Batman "How did you know he was from Philadelphia? (or something like that)" and Batman responded "People from Philadelphia tend to use their diphthong more than the rest of us (or something like that)." :-)
The best! And though the show was ultra-liberal Norman Lear's baby, look at the pompous, egotistical, obnoxious, holier-than-thou liberal Mike. If that doesn't define liberalism.
I love the Batman tv show and have all episodes on video! I do remember the Dick Clark cameo, but unfortunately when TV Land last ran Batman they would cut out some stuff and on occasion the wall-scaling was snipped! :(
I have 2 sets of the Batman tv series, actually - one I traded for years ago which are more complete, and one set I put together from TV Land recently, which is the copy I pop in on occasion.
Once they release 'Batman,' 'Get Smart,' & 'Sgt Bilko' on DVD, I'll be happy! :-)
They snipped the wall-climbing? Don't tell me that is un-PC, now? Where would that leave Spiderman?
I would have to say Matt Dillon or the Cast of Gunsmoke should be in the top five.
Sitting around all day making stupid lists must be an awfully nice job.
