Air dominance is better insured by better missile/bomb/satellites than by Ultra advance and expensive planes
Tell me why and how.... Shouldn't fighters be a part of the overall air dominance?
Are you proposing to do away with all fighters? The F-22 has been scaled back in targeted production runs hasn't it?
