She thinks I'm saying that, too. I suspect it's no good continuing to argue, though, because it's almost impossible without getting angry. (A reflection of what we're getting from her--let us not be sullied by it! Hate is powerful.) Some people become wrapped in a cocoon of ignorance and hate over some one thing and can never see beyond it to the wider world. Something may happen, one day, to soften the heart of the person, to break through that cold shield. All anyone else can do is pray for it to happen to someone even if we don't know them.
