This is a very interesting table that shows the break down of voters by IQ, race, and who they voted for. You will notices the weighted average of the votes shows that the average IQ of a Bush Voter is 101.6 and that of a Kerry voter is 98.1.
I guess they lose by 3.5 million votes and are 3.5 IQ points dumber than "Bubba" in the red states!
Enjoy

"What is really sad about this is that it shows the average IQ in the US is around 100."You're joking, right?
100 is by definition, the "average" IQ.
And unlike Lake Woebegone, there isn't anyplace around where all the folks are above average.

Actually, they screwed this up. These were not IQ numbers but body temperatures. It just reinforces the democrats notion that we are merely a fevered bunch!

How many people know their IQ?Judging by the comments on this board, you have to have an IQ of 140 or more to know what your IQ is.

Nixon was one of our most intelligent Presidents -- maybe the most intelligent. Not the wisest, but the most intelligent. He was extremely well-read. Despite his character flaws, Nixon was (IMO) the most interesting contemporary personality to occupy the Oval Office. I've read a number of Nixon biographies; he was a fascinating individual. His downfall was a national tragedy.

Anyone know how these IQs were divined? Were the voters measured by the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) or the Stanford-Binet IQ test? Moreover, were the tests short-form or long-form? Were they from Raven (Advanced Progressive Matrice), from Cattell (Culture-Fair and Culture free), or from Anstay?

I had no idea that average IQs are so low. No wonder I don't have any patience when at retail stores and there are so many fellow customers asking stupid questions!

I actually thought 100 was the 'world wide average' not a US average.

you have to have an IQ of 140 or more to know what your IQ is.The only ones who apparently know their IQ, are those inclined to brag about it.

Let's see...
The poll assumes blacks have an 85 IQ
Hispanics have an 89 IQ
Whites above 100
Unless you buy the premise that blacks and hispanics are dumber than whites (because of race), this poll is racist bullshit.
As much as one might like to believe that Kerry voters were idiots, this analysis isn't credible.

I know. I mean, it's not *too* obvious that the blues are at the top and the reds are at the bottom.
CT and MA at the top? Gimme a break......
