The opposition has already tried to pull out troops but failed in the Rada, now they plan on doing by presidential decree. Who does this benefit? France/Germany or the US? By putting Putin and Russia into this, the MSM guarentees a typical knee jerk reaction in the US. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

So Yanukovich's violent criminal past is just "propaganda"?Assault and armed robbery yes, child rape? The SU ALWAYS executed child rapists, of course most never lived long enough to die by State. Your constant propaganda chant is getting worn.

Right. That's why Jews are leaving France in droves and returning to Russia in similar numbers.

Was a 16 year old girl considered a child in the Soviet Union glory days?

Ukraine is indefensible. The French fleet can't help one way or the other.

A Russia-Ukraine-Belarus axis does not suit our long term interests. Why? And be specific, why? Oh and maybe you haven't noticed but the Eastern EU block is all but gone. Here's another little thought, if Ukraine and Belaruss go to the EU, then eventually so does Russia and then America is finished, period. Then you'll see an axis from England to China and the Islamics out to destroy the US, with Canada and Mexico on both sides of the US to assist the enemy. But maybe you realize that already?

Russia will never join the EU. You know better than that.

Might keep Russia busy while we tend to our interests. Preventing the Ukraine from slipping back into the orbit of Putin's KGB thugocracy is our interest.

You do realize that half the population voted for Yunukovich, right. Only when you add in the fraud does Yanukovich approach 50%.
To: jimbo123
they're making $68 a month instead of $60 a month? The question first off, is not how much they are making it's how much it buys. Second, what exactly will they gain in the EU, besides economic slavery and a max grow rate of 3% along with steller taxes: well the opposition's leadership will make million, but...

Russia no longer has free & fair elections. They are semi-free and quasi-fair...That's not what the OSCE said nor the US observers.

"You do realize that half the population voted for Yunukovich, right? "
Do you realize that Yushchenko had no access to the media, when Yunukovich was praised in a public TV all the time ?
US government has a much different opinion about these events. Just one short question: are you with US government or with Putin ?
To: AntiGuv
The EU max allowed deficit for euro states is 3%, and that's likely to get reformed. I don't know how you turned that into max allowed growth rate, but your statement is patently false. That's been broken from day one by France and Germany. As for growth rate, you need to read about the slap down Ireland got when it slashed taxes and dared to grow at 10%, not so the following year.

That's not what the OSCE said nor the US observers.I know. That should give you an even better idea of just how intensely fraudulent the Ukraine elections must've been......
