Here's another little thought, if Ukraine and Belaruss go to the EU, then eventually so does Russia and then America is finished, period. The EU max allowed deficit for euro states is 3%, and that's likely to get reformed. I don't know how you turned that into max allowed growth rate, but your statement is patently false.

That's been broken from day one by France and Germany. As for growth rate, you need to read about the slap down Ireland got when it slashed taxes and dared to grow at 10%, not so the following year.
