Go to the web page in the original link and play the video. This puts the file in your Temporary Internet Files. From Internet Explorer, select Tools, Internet Options, then Settings (in the Temporary Internet files section). Select View Files. This brings up Windows Explorer pointing to your Temporary Internet files. Sort by size so that the largest files are at the top and find the file "takingcharge.WMV".
