Anyway, *I* highly recommend "Master and Commander" of last year.

Just caught that on Sat. Good movie. I also recommend it.

I must say I was surprised Hollyweird made it though. It's a war movie and it shows children (young boys growing up real fast) using guns. Little ones and big ones. Swords too. Oh my!

Well, the director (Peter Weir) is Australian and the co-writer (John Collee) is Scottish. And the books the movie was based on were written by a Briton. Methinks that they would be able to avoid historical inaccuracies better than the Hollywood types, even if the movie was historical fiction.
