I agree with this given his past record and the fact that he went after the WRONG GUY.

I don't think the District Attorney should jump in against the players. NBA justice should apply. The DA should nail the fan who tossed the beer as well as the chair thrower.

Wallace did not get enough suspension. He precipitated the riot when he threw a towel at Artest after it looked as though the referees and security had the situation under control. The towel was a cue to fans to start throwing things a Artest. The other players suspensions seem just, but the actions of Wallace throwing the towel cannot be minimized.

Good, though I'd prefer a lifetime ban for Artest. Jackson and O'Neal should get 40 games each. Wallace should get 3 games.
