They would be tying themselves to a corpse.
Then again maybe they want a Mexican 'Bomb' called Montezuma's Revenge.

What the hell is wrong with Mexico and others willing to trade with Iran? I just don't get how naive these leaders are. Without any doubt...Iran will nuke Israel the first chance they get and then it's (Iran) obvious destruction will de-stabilize the entire world. Especially if China hangs with Iran...and Russia with China. None of this is good...

Mexico is diving into bed with China, Russia and now Iran.
I dare say another, more decisive war to eliminate the Mexican threat once and for all be undertaken.
A lot of problems would be resolved, others would be clarified and new ones created, I'm sure.
But, what's the (potential) cost to America today?

I am seeing people lining up for the next war. This is a very dumba$$ thing for the Mexican government to play with. We should collapse the Mexican economy if they want to be on the wrong side.

This might not be too bad, in Iran there must be jobs Iranians wont do for slave wages, that Mexico would only be glad to fill because one pita in Tehran will trade for 10 tortillas in Mexico city. .

I choose to repeat myself; Mexico and "TACO BOY" are not innocent or just a passing nusiance anymore. They are proving themselves to be major players in world terrorism. This brings home the dangers of open borders and the lack of resolve to properly manage our immigration policies and Laws.

Well, let's see about our history with Mexico.
1836 Texas war of Independence. Mexico lost.
1840-1845 Mexican war. Mexico invaded by US army. Mexico lost about a million square miles of territory, including California--just before the gold strikes.
1850 Gadsden purchase. Southern AZ bought for RR route.
1912-1919 Pancho Villa invades US. General Pershing invades Mexico. Lots of shooting, eventually Pancho Villa hides until he is irrelevant.
1916 Zimmerman telegram, offering southern US to Mexico in exchange for joining with Germany. US enters WW I and Germany loses.
Mexico doesn't have a good track record in opposing the US. I don't recommend it--for THEIR sakes.
In the war on terror, you're with us or against us. Choose well, or lose.

Mexican government is riffed with corruption. Not good. Mexico needs a strong dose of what Chile had under Augusto Pinochet. Mexico has lots of potentials to be an economic powerhouse. I believe during both World War I and World War II, Mexico had ties to America's enemy. Remember the Zimmermann Telegraph? I know during World War II, many Latin American nations had to ties to the Axis.
