I don't think Condi will publicly speak against the Presidents programs. She shouldn't, in my opinion.

This is the kind of statement that irritates me. Bank robbers, thieves and the like are all "just trying to work and make life better for their family".
Their chosen profession is what gets them in hot water.
TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II Release date: 2004-02-11 doesn't mention a word about permitting illegal aliens who sneak into America having the right to stay here. Nor does it say they are entitled to public benefits.
They are violationg the law, just as bank robbers, thieves and the like do. When the President, Congress and the Attorney General agree, under the table, that these illegal alien criminals should not be penalized then I can see a case for profiling that bank robbers could win. Any law that is accepted by the Courts should be enforced nationwide without prejudice or exception.
