Bottom line, the Sec. Svc. agents should have been allowed to stay very close to Pres. Bush until he was at the main door (so they could take a bullet for him if needed). Then the other members of the detail would pick him up once inside the building.
Some people were suggesting earlier in the thread that our guys weren't allowed in the building. Not true. They weren't allowed to use the front door.
