If not, why are our cities and states over run with people that are here ILLEGALLY? And we are forced to pay for this to the tune of BILLIONS of tax dollars.

This judge wasn't ignoring any laws pertaining to the charges against the girl...he has nothing to do with illegal immigration, he's a lower court judge and handles things like traffic violations, petty theft and araignments to higher courts, depending on the charges. Your question in invalid as pertaining to this thread
