The way to sue the ACLU is to have them prove god doesn't exsist..otherwise they are just another faith.

Sorry if I'm being/sounding a bit naieve about this - - -But John Ashcroft is the AG now, why can't he start an investigation before he leaves (the Dims hate him already). Also, doesn't the ACLU have tax exempt status? Anything that can be done there?

I know many of you don't like Bill O'Reilly, but he voices strong opinions against the ACLU and Michael Savage denounces them all the time - - maybe some help from the not-so-MSM??

we could also put pressure on congress to revoke their tax exempt status.

1)find out what groups or business give them money and act accordingly.
2)go after state and local chapters under RICO or other applicable laws,
3) get the House or Senate to mount a public Investigation as was done With the KKK

We need the ACLU more than ever. The constitutional abuses in this country are staggering. It's gotten much worse in the last 20 years.

That said, I sure wish they'd lose their hatred of 1 of the original 10 amendments -- the right to keep and bear arms; and also ease back a little on the defense of public pornography.

I went to your home page and enjoyed your quotes. I wish you would post the one from Barry Goldwater - a great Republican, 40 years before his time and the last one by Tytler?. That one apparently in spot on...and frightened me. Which of the last two phases are we in. Or, do you think the SocialistDemocrats as well as some Republicans in name only have taken us in. The citizens have got to see that they are failing to do their duty in voicing opinions, questioning their congress, removing the slugs from damaging our country.
