Based on the images in the news last night, most if not all of these men looked like Black Muslim-types, not Middle Eastern men.
It sounds like they were, unfortunately. But wasn't there one who was from the Sudan or some other similar place in Muslim Africa (not the ME)? I may have gotten this confused with something else, though. Muslim terrorists of all colors and backgrounds just seem to be popping up all over, unfortunately.
