He is part of the GOP spineless brigade. The best thing about this fiasco is that it showed the true colors of Frist, Santorum, et al. Santorum is running for re-election as a Specter Republican. Frist just kissed his '08 primary chances good-bye.

First doesn't give a damn. He's not running again. He said he would serve two terms in the Senate and that was all. Sounds like he doesn't care about the damage he may do in the mean time.

I'm in New York, so I can't do much in Pennsylvania. I'd pay the Toomey Campaign Committee to see a Toomey/Santorum primary.

What is that Frist thinking? He'll never be president after this.

I still say not to give up. There remains a whole bunch of Senators who have to vote in January.
