I remember LP's. I also remember 8 tracks. I hated 8 tracks, because you always had to fast forward through all the tracks to get back to your favorite song again. Records were different, but replacing the needle was tedious. I'm still a little partial to cassette tapes. I do like CD's though.
I like the CD's the best.I never did own an 8-Track player.
I took a Marketing class in college and consumers were broken down to categories. The range was from Innovators (folks that always have to be THE FIRST to have something new) to Laggards (folks that will wait until the prices come down and get the best deal). I have pretty much been a Laggard all my life. Eight tracks had such a short product life that they were obsolete before I got around to buying one, lol!
