I like your idea. I like it very, very much.

Wonder if the victim is black? If not, is this a hate crime?

Does anyone know how we can send her a card and let her know we are praying for her and her family?

He said if the victim does not survive her injuries, he will seek the death penalty for Gomez. Her survival shouldn't make his punishment any easier. He meant to kill a pregnant woman unknown to him for the hell of it. He should die.

The article mentions twice that he was a high school drop out. What the heck does this have to do with anything?

For those of you who are wondering, I never heard of a Muslim with a surname of Gomez.
Then again, if it would happen anywhere, it would be in the USA.

Give the husband (or me) 10 minutes with this scum punk.Ten whole minutes? You must not be as mean spirited as I am. I'd rather have about 10 hrs worth.

Just how does a messed up punk like this get to the point of, "I just wanna kill somebody" anyway? Did this guy take PCP and play
Quake II for a week straight?
(P.S. - Don't bother with the pro-Quake flames. I love it too. Someone on drugs AND Quake would be scary!

Right now he's 19. That would make him 18 in ninth grade
His defense will be that he is "mentally challenged" and didn't really know it was bad to kill someone.

This took place in YORK, PA just south of Harrisbug.
Yes we have the Death Penalty and we do us it in PA.
Not that "Fast Eddie Rendell" is very inclined to sign off on the death warrants.

Something tells me upon prodding you would probably have a sentence that included "habanero oil" and "urethra catheter".

Well, you know this is what happens when you have courts like the Supremes who feel cretins like this shouldn't be executed.
IF the guy is guilty, you can be sure that somewhere, someplace, there is an attorney slithering around, anxious to make a name for himself who will take the case on and get the guy off on a legal technicality.
Like the Peterson Case.
Judge Napolitano - FOX News resident DemocRat liberal Judge said an appeal was in order because the wife's murder was Murder 1, the kid's Murder was Murder 2; jurors were allowed to rock Peterson's boat; two of the jurors were excused right before a guilty verdict was reached and after the jury appeared to be deadlocked. I'm sure with a little time and a little more thought Napolitano could have come up with a host of other irrelevant reasons why Peterson's trial wasn't that perfect trial lawyers always seem to be reaching for.
There is no end to parlour game excuses to free rats like this present killer.
Ahhh. It was so easy in the old days - just a horse, a rope and the rat - ready for his last ride.
