Here's another new set of returns: Brown County:
Before
Bush 12,480
Kerry 7058
Provisionals listed 326
Provisionals + absentees added 249
After
Bush 12,647
Kerry 7,140
NO 100 % qualification
NO 80 percent Kerry margin
I'm sure the numbers get boring, but a couple of more counties (Clinton and Warren) are posted and they clearly show Bush getting his base percentage of all qualified provisional and overseas votes minus about 3 percent. Again, we see as a fact that in at least some of the Republican counties, provisional ballots are cast also by Republicans. There is no 80 percent trend. In these two counties, the late votes total more than the possible provisionals, so there were quite a few overseas absentees.
