Was not the reporter under the duty to hand over this tape to military authorities,under the rules of imbeds? If that's the case then strong measures should be taken against Sites. Also has Sites been removed from that Marine unit,because at this point i"m sure his presence is a distraction to the Marines and therefore endangers their lives. Sites has to be removed from that unit at the very least.

There was a specific legal condition the United States was in during that time. The press operated under legal strictures unique to that condition. Those stirctures and that condition do not obtain at this time.

The fact that this video is out without any such device is proof that it was released without permission. NBC knows it and of their own admission they are keeping Sites "underwraps". He has also been proven to be a vehement anti war protester posting pages of photos & commentary on notorious anti war website. Also, to make the picture of Sites even clearer, he is one of the very very very "lucky" american to have been taken hostage in Iraq and....released.
